When & Where is the exhibition being held?
Our show will be held on SATURDAY 4th NOVEMBER 2016 at:CRESSEX COMMUNITY SCHOOL, CRESSEX ROAD, HIGH WYCOMBE HP12 4UD
 What are the times of opening?
Opening Time: 10:00    Closing Time  : 17:00    Last entry: 16:40
What are the Entrance Prices?
Adult:    £  6.00  Child:    £  4.00   Family:  £ 18.00
How do I get to the venue?
BY ROAD The school is situated to the South West of High Wycombe, adjacent to junction 4 of the M40. Leave the motorway at junction 4 and follow the A4010 towards Aylesbury. As you leave the motorway junction, you then need to decide whether to use the PARK & RIDE or to try the car park at the school. To go direct to the venue, proceed through two roundabouts and turn left at the third into CRESSEX ROAD and the school is 400m on your left. We do have stewards manning the school car park and they may advise you to use the other car parks in the vicinity. Please note that due to building works, there will be no shuttle bus service from the Park & Ride Car Park at the cinema. See Local Map  
BY RAIL The station is on the Chiltern Line between London Marylebone and Princes Risborough, with services to and from Birmingham. The station is in the town centre so onward travel to the exhibition is by either bus (see below) or by taxi.
BY BUSSouthsea 014 Normal Service buses leave High Wycombe Bus Station at regular intervals throughout the day. Buses to ASDA and CRESSEX will deliver you close to the school. (Please note that the READING bus service does not stop near the school).For more direct travel to the show, there is a FREE ROUTEMASTER bus service that runs from the railway station to WYCRAIL and this leaves the station at 9.40 am and then hourly at xx.40.  Is there a Bring & Buy Stand?
Our society will again be operating our well-stocked Bring & Buy stand where you can purchase good second-hand model railway equipment. If you wish to bring along items for sale, then please collect a form from the clubrooms or send a request to paul.ebberson@gmail.com. Terms and Conditions are included with the forms. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the operability of all sale items, this is not always be possible as the society sells on behalf of third parties. We cannot be held responsible for defective locomotives or rolling stock – the purchaser must ensure that they are happy with the equipment before purchase. TBA
 Can I take Pictures and Videos?
Photographs and videos for commercial purposes are not permitted unless prior permission has been granted by the Exhibition Manager and / or the layout owner, prior to the exhibition.Pictures and Videos for personal use are permitted, but please ensure that you ask the layout owner. Please be aware that the use of flash photography can distract the operators and may lead to accidents.We do not discourage photography, but we do ask that you use courtesy and common sense – Thank You.
 Are refreshments available?
There will be a ready supply of freshly-made sandwiches, home-made cakes, tea, coffee, soft drinks and confectionery available throughout the day.We are indebted to our wives, partners and friends for the excellent catering service that they provide.
Are programmes available?
Our programme is professionally printed and contains maps of all of the halls as well as listings of all exhibitors, traders, manufacturers and supporting features.We are indebted to our programme sponsors for the support they provide to our show each year.The programmes are on sale at 50p each.
Is the show wheelchair-friendly?
All of the building is accessible to wheelchairs and there is a lift for access to the Sports Hall on the First Floor.
